About the Trip

SkincareBro Haus II is an international creator journey through Barcelona, Italy, and the Canary Islands — crafted for Black male creators in skincare, wellness, travel, grooming, food, and storytelling.

This is about global content, shared experiences, and creative excellence. We’re traveling as a crew, staying in our villas, working with top-tier brands, and creating something that blends culture, content, and community.

The Inaugural Experience: Key Takeaways & Lasting Impact

Our first SkincareBro Haus Europa was more than a trip; it was a proof of concept. We brought together a powerful collective of Black male creators for an immersive experience in self-care, brotherhood, and content creation. The success of this inaugural retreat provided invaluable insights that now serve as the foundation for all future Haus experiences and partnerships.

What We Did:

  • Curated Authentic Connection: Facilitated genuine, barbershop-style conversations on mental health and wellness in a safe, trusted environment.

  • Mastered the Routine: Hosted expert-led workshops on advanced skincare techniques, specifically addressing concerns like hyperpigmentation, and building effective AM/PM routines.

  • Focused on Holistic Wellness: Integrated daily fitness sessions and mindfulness practices, reinforcing the intrinsic link between physical activity, mental clarity, and self-care.

  • Produced Premium Content: Enabled creators to develop authentic, high-value content against stunning European backdrops, showcasing products in real-world, aspirational settings.

What We Learned:
The data and feedback from our first Haus confirmed a powerful truth: there is a profound and unmet demand for platforms that empower Black voices in the wellness and luxury travel spaces. We demonstrated that:

  • Community is the Catalyst: The bonds formed directly translate into more authentic and impactful content, driving higher engagement across all platforms.

  • Luxury and Intentionality are Key: Our audience and creators value high-touch, well-curated experiences that prioritize depth and quality over everything else.

  • Authenticity Drives Performance: Content that stems from genuine learning and shared experience resonates deeper, builds greater brand trust, and delivers superior ROI for partners.

I’m Jon Richardson, but you might know me as @CheckOutJon or The SkincareBro.
I’m a creator, entrepreneur, and founder of GÜDE SKIN. I have built a community of more than 200K followers on TikTok and 36K+ followers on Instagram who join me for content on travel, beauty, lifestyle, and self-care.

When I’m not running my brand or creating content, you can find me at the gym, traveling to new places, or in the bathroom testing skincare products, grooming routines, and new fragrances.

I started SkincareBro Haus to inspire, uplift, and create unforgettable experiences for Black and Brown men. It is a space where we can blend luxury travel, wellness, style, and the kind of real conversations we rarely see in the spotlight.
