Your role, your moments, our story.

Each Bro has one primary segment to lead, group conversations to contribute to, and open space for personal content. This is the blueprint, but if you’d like to collaborate or tweak your segment, please reach out to Jon directly.

  • Purpose:
    As founder of GÜDE SKIN and leader of SkincareBro Haus, Jon’s role is to educate, guide, and inspire through approachable, high-quality skincare content. He bridges brand integration with authentic conversation so the Bros (and the audience) see skincare not just as a routine, but as a form of self-respect.

    Barcelona – Layer It Right

    Focus: How to properly layer skincare products for maximum results — especially in a humid, coastal environment.

    Setup: Villa bathroom or balcony, using GÜDE, Fenty, and Vacation products.

    Goal: Make skincare approachable for men and show how to adapt your routine to the climate.

    Tenerife – Post-Workout Recovery

    • Focus: Skincare and body care after a workout or beach day in the sun.

    • Setup: Immediately following Corelle’s “Train With the Bros” session — GÜDE spray, cleanser, and moisturizer demo, plus SPF reapplication.

    • Goal: Show how to repair and protect skin after sweat and sun exposure.

    Naples – GRWM for a Rooftop Dinner

    • Focus: Pre-event grooming and skincare routine, paired with fragrance layering tips from Terrell.

    • Setup: Villa prep session before the group’s final dinner.

    • Goal: Demonstrate skincare as part of a full grooming and style ritual.

    Ongoing Throughout Trip:

    • Lead and moderate skincare-related group talks.

    • Support brand integration moments across all Bros’ segments.

    • Film “how-to” moments for TikTok/Instagram — quick, funny, and informative.

  • Leader of “With the Bros” Series

    Purpose: Lead the With the Bros series to show simple, travel-ready ways to take care of your body, open real conversations through movement and meals, and model how fitness and food support mental health on vacation and in life.

    Topics: Fitness, Food, + Lifestyle

    • Barcelona: Run With the Bros – Morning run + stretch at Barcelona’s public beach, followed by group talk: “What are you carrying?” chat.

    • Tenerife: Train With the Bros – Alternate workout (Choose between: beach circuit workout, boxing, or gym session), followed by talk: “What are you letting go of?” chat.

    • Naples: Eat With the Bros – Healthy eating lunch/dinner, pointers on making better food choices while traveling, followed by a talk: Food as Fuel vs. Food as Comfort”

  • Leader of “Black Chemistry” Series

    Purpose: To educate the Bros (and audience) on the science of skincare and grooming in a way that’s easy to understand, culturally relevant, and rooted in his perspective as a Black chemist.

    Topics: Science + Skincare Education

    1. Barcelona: Breaking Down Ingredients – How to read a product label and understand what’s really in your skincare.

      Setup: Relaxed sit-down with the Bros (villa terrace or rooftop) with products in hand. Terrell goes through real bottles (Fenty, GÜDE, Vacation, and even some random “bad” products) and decodes them.

      Takeaway: “Now you know what you’re putting on your skin and why.”

    2. Tenerife: Focus: SPF Science & Melanin – Why sunscreen is non-negotiable for Black and Brown skin, especially in tropical climates.

      Setup: Beach or poolside talk, using Vacation’s sunscreen line as a teaching example. Includes demo on how to apply without white cast and how much to use.

      Takeaway: “We protect our skin because (tell them why) and here are some sunscreen formulas you can look for.”

    3. Naples: Focus: Fragrance & Formulation – How to choose cologne, layer scents with skincare, and make it last.

      Setup: Indoor setting (villa lounge or dinner prep area) where Terrell lays out fragrances and moisturizers, showing how scent bonds with skin.

      Takeaway: “Grooming is how I feel like myself before I step into any room.” (Encourage them to do the same)

  • Leader of “Laugh Now (Don’t) Cry Later” Series

    Purpose: Zantaevior’s role is to bring humor to the trip. He's guy who makes the audience feel like they’re in the group chat, not just watching from the outside. Using humor as the entry point, he blends off-the-cuff personality with moments of genuine relatability. His presence breaks the ice, builds trust within the Bros, and keeps the energy light so even deeper conversations feel approachable.

    Topics: Science + Skincare Education

    1. Barcelona: The Group Chat IRL” – Zantaevior jumps in as the unofficial narrator of Day 1, giving off-the-cuff commentary on the Bros, the city, and the trip’s early moments like he’s talking to his boys in a private group chat.

      Using footage from all the bros we’ll put together a video — using airport arrivals, villa check-in, and first night out (and then have him voiceover)

      Style: MTV Real World + funniest friend on IG Stories.

      Goal: Pull viewers in with personality and humor so they’re invested before the deeper moments come.

    2. Tenerife: Focus: Sunny Side Up

      Playfully exposing the “behind the scenes” of vacation content. Zantaevior shows what really happens when the Bros are trying to get the perfect skincare, sunscreen, or lifestyle shot. (think bloopes that can still be shared by the brand)

      Setup: Mix of beach, villa, and pool moments catching slip-ups, bloopers, and exaggerated retakes, with quick sarcastic commentary layered in.

      Tone: Think Jimmy Kimmel Mean Tweets meets travel vlog — roasting the process while still making the content look good.

      Brand Integration: Vacation sunscreen, GÜDE spray/serum, Fenty moisturizer — shown naturally in these “real” moments.

      Goal: Give the audience an inside joke and make them feel like they’re there watching the Bros try to pull it together in paradise.

    3. Naples: Focus: Funny ’Cause It’s True

    Focus: Turning real-life travel mishaps, relationship moments, or everyday struggles into short, punchy stories that get the whole table laughing.

    Setup: Rooftop dinner or café table with a few Bros — warm lighting, scenic background, intimate vibe.

    Style: Like you’re hanging out with friends and “that one guy” starts telling a story everyone relates to.

    Execution: Zantaevior tells 1–2 personal stories that are funny on the surface but rooted in a real, shared experience (bad date, missed flight, almost losing your luggage). Bros naturally chime in with their own quick hits.

    Goal: Show that most of don’t have it all together and that when life happens, sometimes laughing and talking about it can help.

  • Title: This one’s for the Bros

    Purpose:
    Our rotating group talk series. Always starts with “This one’s for the bros…” and is filmed in a relaxed, conversational style (Buzzfeed/GQ vibe). Each talk blends personality, insight, and product integration naturally.

    2. How to Dress for the Occasion

      • Lead: Rotating Advice from each Bro. Taking turns, each bro shares a tip, inspiration, or fashion icon on fashion.

    4. The Hygiene Bag Check

      • Lead: Rotating — each Bro shares 1–3 must-have travel items

      • Integration: Vacation sunscreen & fragrance, Fenty moisturizer & chapstick, GÜDE SKIN rosewater, serums, cleansers

  • Lead Your Segment: Each Bro has one primary series or topic they own. This is your time to bring your personality and expertise to the group and the audience.

  • Join Group Talks: Our “This One’s For the Bros” series puts everyone in the mix. These are honest, funny, and insightful conversations that feel like the group chat, but filmed.

  • Collaborate: Jump in on other Bros’ segments — workout with Corelle, swap product tips with Jon, crack jokes with Zantaevior, or style a look with Terrell.

  • Create Personal Content: There’s open space for you to capture your own videos, photos, and stories.

The Vibe

  • Barcelona: Beaches, city runs, first impressions, and rooftop nights.

  • Tenerife: Sun, workouts, behind-the-scenes banter, and SPF.

  • Naples: Food, rooftop talks, style, and reflection.

I’m Jon Richardson, but you might know me as @CheckOutJon or The SkincareBro.
I’m a creator, entrepreneur, and founder of GÜDE SKIN. I have built a community of more than 200K followers on TikTok and 36K+ followers on Instagram who join me for content on travel, beauty, lifestyle, and self-care.

When I’m not running my brand or creating content, you can find me at the gym, traveling to new places, or in the bathroom testing skincare products, grooming routines, and new fragrances.

I started SkincareBro Haus to inspire, uplift, and create unforgettable experiences for Black and Brown men. It is a space where we can blend luxury travel, wellness, style, and the kind of real conversations we rarely see in the spotlight.

This trip is about more than creating great content. It is about building community, making genuine connections, and showing the world what it looks like when we take care of ourselves and each other.
